Today is also the birthday of my Guru, Swami Dayananda Saraswati. He was a renowned teacher of Advaita Vedanta and the founder of Aim for Seva, an organization dedicated to bringing value-based education and quality healthcare to children in rural and tribal India.

His composition, Bharath Desha Hitaya, Kuru Sevam Tvam, is a call to each of us to contribute towards the welfare of Bharat—to serve in whatever way we can. Let us always strive to contribute to the progress, prosperity, and well-being of Bharat. Jai Hind!
